Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Also featured in this latest document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend detailing distinct parts of the property.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.

More documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
